E. Family Yoga Party (Tuesday - Thursday)

Yoga based party for kids and adults in your home or venue of choice on a weekday evening for one hour of your choice starting at or after 6:00 and ending by 9:00 p.m.

A Typical One Hour Party includes (based on 10 people):

• leader will arrive 20 - 30 minutes in advance to set up and get oriented to the space and the Young Yogis
• a one hour event with Young Yogis and all ages
• activities based on the age and type of group you have described in advance (e.g., all girls who love to dance, 12 year old girls and boys soccer team, gamers, shy teens, family fun, neighbourhood get together) so be as specific as you can be
• the hour will include cooperative games, breathing instruction, and fun with yoga including partner and group poses based on age and skill level
• the final 10 minutes are intended to be in a prone position in silence (savasana)
• leader will pack up and head out in about 20 - 30 minutes
